Change lives and transform communities by providing critical monetary support for individuals navigating the Federal Problem Solving Courts.
The Federal Problem-Solving Courts Foundation exists to raise money to help meet the needs of the formerly incarcerated who are enrolled in the SECOND CHANCE Re-Entry Court, the SOAR pre-trial diversion program for non-violent offenders, and Veterans Treatment Court, a diversion program for veterans charged with misdemeanors who are accepted into the program.

OUR WORK
The Foundation provides the Federal Problem Solving Courts with the financial resources they need to support their participants from start to finish.
The Federal Problem Solving Courts work with a limited budget to provide resources, mentoring, and support to their participants. However, true support and recovery has to continue outside of the courtroom.

Your donation empowers the Federal Problem Solving Courts to transform lives and communities.
The Foundation works with the Federal Court to fill the gaps in their budget and provide comprehensive support to participants. Your donation is used to fund transportation costs, housing assistance, and incentive gift cards. Donations also support the mental health and addiction specialists who work with participants on their path to recovery.
